Designed for support teams that handle multi-channel enquiries, the program embeds VoIP soft-phone controls, real-time presence, internal notes, canned responses and automatic call distribution so agents can pick up, transfer or escalate interactions without switching browser tabs. Supervisors use the same executable to monitor live queues, listen-in, whisper or barge calls, and to generate wall-board metrics on wait times, first-reply speed and CSAT trends. Because conversations are stored in the cloud and synced locally, staff moving between home, office or hybrid setups retain full context on every customer journey; offline mode caches the last 90 days for continuity during network outages.
